Kord Supply information
Website Terms
These website terms describe how the Kord Supply catalog and quote-request experience should be used. Project-specific commercial terms are provided with the applicable quote or invoice.
Last reviewed: August 20, 2026Catalog information
Website product images and launch catalog records may be representative. Product availability, brand, specifications, colors, sizes, decoration compatibility, minimum quantities, pricing, and timing are not final until confirmed in writing for the project.
Quotes and orders
A website submission is a request for review, not an accepted order. A project becomes an order only after the applicable product, quantity, artwork, price, timing, shipping, approval, and payment requirements are confirmed.
Artwork and permissions
By submitting artwork, you represent that you are authorized to use it for the requested merchandise. Kord may ask for alternate or higher-quality files before proofing or production.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit unlawful, infringing, harmful, or deceptive content
- Do not interfere with the website or attempt unauthorized access
- Do not use catalog content to misrepresent a product, affiliation, or order
External services
The website may rely on third-party services for hosting, form delivery, commerce, payment, production, and fulfillment. Their systems and terms may also apply when you use those services.
Project terms control
If website information conflicts with a signed agreement, approved quote, invoice, proof, or other written project terms, the project-specific written terms control for that order.
